Pros and Cons are bothersome at the moment

I’ve noticed with the format changes lately that the Pros and Cons lists have gone from 100 chars to 50 chars which is a bit of a bummer as the original length was nicer.
I’ve worked around that and found ways to be more concise but I’m running into the confuzzling matter that it now seems to let me write more than 5, which was exciting, but when going to post the review, it tells me to reduce it to an amount between 1-5. So what is the point exactly of having the ability to potentially post more Pros and Cons if we actually can’t?

I would provide a snapshot of the error but it’s a bit quicker than my ability to alt tab between the snip-it tool and the site. It’s a misspelled warning of “reason_to_buy_lenght must between 1 and 5”.

Thank you so much for bringing this up — we really appreciate it!
1.You’re absolutely right, and we’re already preparing a fix for this issue.
2.In the next update, we’ll be bringing back the 100-character limit for each Pro and Con entry. :upside_down_face:
3.Even better, we’re increasing the total number of Pros and Cons — you’ll be able to list up to 10 each (20 in total)!
4.This fix is expected to roll out within the next 1–2 weeks.

Thanks again for your patience and for helping us improve ToyChats! :sparkling_heart:

Would you kindly bring back the use and charge times?! I don’t know why that was ever taken away as I feel it’s a feature people do genuinely care about. It also makes things easier when doing research for the blogs for the toys we’ve all shared, as sometimes the numerous sites I check for more information don’t have the times, but the manuals our reviewers have may.

Most of the usage time and charging time data submitted by users actually comes from the product packaging, so it doesn’t really mean much. :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

True, but it is still handy to know sometimes. The companies really should be providing accurate times anyway! ><"

Actually, based on my experience with electric toys, the data provided by the manufacturers is generally quite accurate. But since there’s usually no battery level indicator, I still tend to forget to charge them, haha.
