So just to double check that I understand it correctly:
Since Im outside of US, according to what you said, I can still upload reviews and get gift cards for them, just like it was before. The part though Im not 100% sure is, do I pick any toy I want to create this review? Or does it need to be from the Review Task Center? Because in the first message you said creators outside the US cant apply for review tasks yet.

You can pick any name brand toy you already have for reviews, not just ones from the Task Center! You can also submit as many reviews as you want. Just be patient, as they’re short staffed currently so their process for approving/scheduling reviews is taking longer than normal
(By name brand, I mean they don’t seem to like generic, non-branded toys since they often have different names across stores/platforms. Name brand is still pretty broad, as they’ll accept reviews from indie toy companies like Fantasy Grove or Uncover Creations, as well as mainstream brands like Fleshlight or LELO)
