:memo: What do you need help

I am new. Took a pic for cover photo of toy for review. Have found NO help on this forum. Boxes keep popping up and with hope i follow them to no avail. I wrote the review but cannot pose images. Please help. It made my image have to be TIny. I tried to crop it and it would not take a pic that small.

  1. Cover photo: We highly recommend taking your cover photo horizontally (landscape mode) by turning your phone sideways — this gives the best display result.
  2. Photos in the review: You can take these either horizontally or vertically — just make sure the product is centered, the background is clean, and there’s enough contrast between the product and the background.
  3. Image file size: ToyChats supports images up to 10 MB. If your photo exceeds this limit, the upload will fail. You can compress your image using one of these free tools:

BTW, if possible, please share the exact error message you’re seeing.

Thanks so much. It was no error just the Pic size supported was tiny!

Too small? Maybe try saving your review first, then check the preview to see how it actually looks once published.
