First review questions about where to write

My question is this: I applied and received the go-ahead to go and write my initial review the one prior to getting to receive and review for this company. And I’m a little lost as to where I go to write this. Do I go to the drop-down and just pick right review or is there a special place I need to go for these initial reviews for them to review for me thank you for your time.
