I submitted a review but I never got a notification that it was posted.

Hi there, I wrote my first review on Dec 24, 2025, I got an email confirming I’d submitted it, but no notification that itd been posted, plus it’s not showing in my account. Wondering what happened?
I would like to submit another one, but would like to know what went wrong with the first before I do.
Also wonder what the difference is between posting on the website and posting on the forum?
