Hello!
I’ve been thinking for a little on how I can contribute to the community here at Toy Chats and I believe I have come up with a good Idea! I want to run it past the community first to see the interest in it.
I spent about 3 years learning and doing photography and a year doing it professionally as a Director for a podcast. I have a ton of little tidbits of knowledge on how to make photos better and I want to share them! Best part, you don’t need a professional camera like a Mirrorless or DSLR, and no you don’t need years of experience to do it well!
What I would likely create is a post that includes all the things I use for my photography and things I will be using for video too, Alternatives to the equipment and software I use for budget friendly options (Aka a phone camera and tripod, a backdrop, and simple lighting), and photography basics like the exposure triangle, composition, white balance, camera/phone settings, editing settings and preset creation, etc.
Depending on the interest on this I may do a few posts. An over all, a beginners, intermediate, and advanced. So let me know if you are interested! I’ll likely create one post first regardless of interest but I’ll include as much as I can for continued self studies incase I only post one!
