I am a non-binary transgender person, and I look toys for external stimulation. I am an AFAB person that has had bottom growth. I feel it can be hard to find toys that can simulate the stroking sensation but that is small enough to fit bottom growth.

When it comes to finding stroker-style toys that might work with bottom growth, the options are still quite limited, but there are a few products designed with transmasc bodies in mind that might be worth exploring.
Of course, everyone’s body is different — so what works for one person may not feel the same for another. But here are a few suggestions that others in the community have found helpful:
Transthetics – FTM Stroker (“Fcking Trans Boys”)
Designed specifically for bottom growth, this soft silicone stroker has a narrow opening and flexible texture. Some users say it offers a nice balance between suction and stroking — but it may take a bit of positioning and lube to get right.
New York Toy Collective – Shilo Stroker (or Custom Options)
While NYTC is known for their packers and prosthetics, they also occasionally offer or collaborate on strokers meant for smaller anatomy. Worth checking their catalog or asking directly if you’re curious!
GenderGear.ca – Transmasc Stroker Selection
This Canadian shop carries inclusive toys, including small stroker sleeves and gender-affirming accessories. They sometimes stock indie brands not found elsewhere.
DIY-friendly options
Some folks also modify soft masturbator sleeves (like Tenga Egg or Ohnut Inner Rings) to fit their body better — just be gentle and use lots of lube!

Grinders could a great option but there are also a number of indie toy companies that make mini strokers specifically for those with bottom growth! Velvet Alley, Bat Bites, Creature Feature Toys are 3 companies that have mini strokers specifically for AFABs with bottom growth!

I have heard from my trans friends who experienced bottom growth that they really enjoy using the LELO Sila which has a wide enough opening to accommodate suction on your intimate areas. I personally have never used the LELO Sila, but this brand makes high quality and thoughtfully made products so it may be worth looking into!
