All data fields keep clearing while trying to compose a review

How do I prevent the site from randomly reloading and clearing my entered review info?

I would love to be a reviewer but I am up to 3 attempts to create a review but your site refreshes (the last time was because “toychats needed to update so I could have the full experience”) and clears all my data, saved or not. I don’t want to try again if it can randomly clear, even mid-sentence!

Could it be a browser setting? System? Cache or cookie related?

Please help, I would love to make reviews and be involved in the community!

May I ask which operating system and browser you’re using?
We usually roll out updates late at night to avoid affecting users during the day.

Here are a few suggestions that might help:
1. Before creating a new review, please refresh the page — sometimes updates go live and it’s easy to miss them.
2. When you start a new review, fill in all the required fields first, then save it. You can always save your progress at any time, so please make good use of the “Save” feature.
