Hey everyone!

So… our little baby community that just turned ONE basically?

Yeah. We somehow got nominated for “Emerging Web Brand of the Year” at the XMA Awards.

Like… WHAT. :flushed_face::growing_heart::fire:

But honestly? I wanted to share it HERE first — because this forum is where most of the real energy lives.

Every review you posted, every “help me pick a toy pls??” thread, every chaotic convo, every supportive comment… it all made ToyChats feel alive.

We’re still tiny. Still scrappy. Still building. Still messing things up sometimes lol.

But the fact that the industry noticed what we’re doing — in our first year — is kinda unreal.

And it’s 100% because of y’all.

This community is honest, funny, weird, curious, sex-positive, and actually supportive — which is rare as hell on the internet.

So tell me:

:sparkles: Should we show up to the award show in something classy or something completely unhinged?

:sparkles: If we win, do we throw a forum-wide giveaway?

:sparkles: Who’s volunteering to scream with me in the comments??

For real though — thank you for being here with us so early on.

Anyway….

Congratulations to the Toy Chats team and all the people who have made this happen!

I’m very new here, and very new to reviewing toys (but a dragon must have a hoard of some sort…), I’ve only gotten two reviews done so far, but I can tell this community is great!

The team is also the most laid team I’ve interacted with….ever! And I mean that in the best way possible! Laid back and hard working haha!

You all should show up to the award show in something that screams the feel of the community. I’m no fashion designer so I’ll leave that to someone more qualified!

WHEN we win, a giveaway would be a great way to show every new person who joins from seeing Toy Chats at the awards show what goes on here! Also it’s a good way to help anyone who is interested in doing reviews, blogs, etc, get a step in the door.

That’s how Toy Chat’s felt to me when I joined. First it was curiosity, then I wrote my first review for another company, and Toy Chat’s placed a hand on my shoulder and essentially said “Keep it up!”. Which if It was just me writing a review for companies then I would of lost motivation a lot faster.

I’m glad to be here early and to see the growth, and I hope too see it continue far into the future. Great work again, everyone!
