I was just wondering if it has been considered to let trusted volunteers evaluate reviews?
That way, it could reduce the pressure on the ToyChats employee(s) ?
And by “trusted”, it could be related to the number of published reviews by the volunteer.
What do you think?

I like this idea. I was actually considering the same thing. I would volunteer to evaluate some reviews.
The main issue is still the review standards. We’ve been doing this for so long, but turning all those unwritten rules into something clear and then teaching it to new people is honestly not easy.
On top of that, our review system isn’t fully built yet. Right now it’s basically a single-reviewer system, not a two-step review, so there’s no real backup or safety net. It’s kind of awkward, to be honest.
